SmartPay™ helps you easily collect patient payments while streamlining posting and reconciliation.
You can accept payments from anywhere in your organization, in person and by phone. This portal simplifies pre-service, point of service, and post-service collections for you and your patients.

As SmartPay moves to One Healthcare ID (OHID) for improved security and accessibility, users need to set up OHID.

Follow the steps below to create your OHID and link it to your existing eCashiering account:

Create your OHID by clicking the "Login with One Healthcare ID (OHID) link above then go to "Create One Healthcare ID" and follow the instructions on the One Healthcare ID form. IMPORTANT: Set up your OHID with the same email address that is associated with your eCashiering account. Your email address can be found in the top right-hand corner when logged into eCashiering OR reach out to your user admin to obtain it.
You will be able to login to eCashiering with OHID after this step.
Note: OHID creation is REQUIRED, as it will be the only way to log into eCashiering.
